THE COMMON AWAY
The fact-finding phase is facilitated by good organization and couple-oriented procedures, as for example,
appointments outside our business hours, blood sampling at the institute or appointments with other institutions. Because of many
examinations are dependent on the menstrual cycle, a period from four to six weeks must be built into the plan.
After collecting all the findings we work out a therapy plan tailored especially
to your needs, with the aid of which you should reach your objective as quickly and pleasurably
as possible.
The following fact-finding steps may be necessary depending
on
the starting situation in each case:
For women: Examination of thyroid function, sex hormone balance, coagulation,
Fallopian tube clearance and function, uterus, exclusion of infectious diseases, monitoring of menstrual cycle to track
follicular growth and ovulation, genetic fact-finding.
For men: Examination of semen quality, exclusion of infectious diseases, and genetic fact-finding.
The semen analysis take place in our own andrological laboratory.
Ultrasound examinations are key components in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
Three high-resolution ultrasound devices with colour-coded Doppler are used. Surgical procedures are performed in our walk-in clinic.
Gynaecological routines and preliminary care, as well as continued care after inception of pregnancy are provided by gynaecologists
who enjoy your confidence rather than in the institute.
