You have already received your user name and password from our doctor or you can request
one from our front office team by telephone or by email (00433 3136 55 11,
office@kinderwunsch-institut.at).
If you send your feedback to us it will be forwarded to one of our colleagues in administration who
will then render it anonymous (reprocessed without your name). This colleague will evaluate your
responses and pool them with earlier feedback results.
The pooled feedback results of our team will be presented in the institute and analysed by all in
team discussions. Out of these will come suggestions for improvement which we will then act on.
