Our vision: We are determined to rank among the best IVF centres in Europe.
We can do this guided by our quality philosophy in everything we do.

And hence-thanks to a stupendous team effort-by June 2002 we were able to define and shape a team quality management system with all its requisite demands at the Kinderwunsch Institute and to certify this as well with the LGA Intercert Nuremberg in an external audit. The auditors at the time were Mr. Glaser from the LGA Intercert Nuremberg and, PD C. Keck, M.D., from the University Clinic in Freiburg.

So our quality management system has been certified since that time as per DIN EN ISO 9001:2001. Annual audits and recertifications also help us to improve continuously. For our patients this means:

  Care and outcomes of systematically good quality
  "An outstanding, harmonious family atmosphere" (In Dr. Keck's report)
  good collaboration with the referring doctors

In 2006, we focused intensively on GXP-with new challenges in the area of quality management in medicine and pharmacy.

Of course we will not be standing still in the future either, and hence our "ideas" workshop works unstintingly and tirelessly to discover and put into practice new ways to make life simpler for our patients and referees.
